Verifeye terms

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026

These terms govern use of Verifeye by Shopify merchants. By installing or using the app, you agree to use it lawfully, maintain appropriate customer notices and consent, and keep your Shopify account and connected provider settings secure.

The service

Verifeye provides review collection, moderation, media hosting, storefront display, reporting, and related workflows. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the currently available service.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for your store content, customer communications, consent, legal basis, moderation decisions, and configuration of connected providers. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or data you are not authorized to process.

Billing

Paid plans and app charges are presented and managed through Shopify’s billing system. Trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown by Shopify apply to the applicable charge.

Privacy and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app; Shopify theme app blocks are designed to uninstall cleanly, and applicable deletion workflows will run subject to required retention.
